MISSION IN BRIEF

Not a factory tour. A decision system.

The Mission is designed for selected European companies active in BESS project development, energy services, system integration, installation, procurement, investment and market intelligence.

Market context, executive access, factory discussions, technical review and the closing conversion platform are connected through one shared assessment framework.

The purpose is to provide a stronger evidence base for each participant’s own supplier, partnership and project decisions.

Evidence before exposure

Every visit uses a recurring framework covering technology, compliance, EMS, service, warranty, data, cybersecurity and factors relevant to bankability.

THE MISSION SYSTEM

From capability discovery to project conversion

01

Market intelligence and executive access

Establish market, pricing and supply-chain context and meet selected management, engineering and industry stakeholders.

02

Capability assessment and European readiness

Compare technology, evidence, integration, compliance, service, warranty, data and factors relevant to bankability.

03

Project conversion and partnership support

Translate a relevant fit into focused clarification, partner matching, due diligence, RFQ support or later follow-through.

Scope note: The Mission covers group-level market access and capability assessment. Company-specific due diligence, engineering, supplier selection, RFQ support, contract review and negotiation are separately scoped.

WHAT MAKES THE MISSION DIFFERENT

One shared assessment journey

Independent market calibration

An SMM briefing establishes a shared view of market direction, pricing, technology and supply-chain conditions.

Cross-supplier assessment

Use one recurring framework to compare technologies, EMS structures, service models and warranty conditions.

European readiness stress test

Examine integration, compliance, local service, scalability, lifecycle responsibility and bankability factors.

CREC conversion platform

Close with clarification, targeted matchmaking, the China–Europe roundtable and defined next actions.

Digital and AI-ready BESS

Consider data ownership, open APIs, third-party EMS control, forecasting, optimisation and cybersecurity.

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

A route designed around a sequence of decisions

Independent departure and overnight flight.

Arrival, delegation welcome and SMM market briefing.
